David Foster

Legendary Canadian musician and producer David Foster brings decades of incomparable musical mastery to the stage. Through his work at Foster he discovered artists who became successful including Celine Dion and Josh Groban and Michael Bublé. The audience will be waiting for hearing arrangements of his most cherished compositions, including "After the Love Has Gone" recorded by Earth, Wind & Fire, Chicago's "Hard to Say I'm Sorry", "The Prayer" recorded by Celine Dion & Andrea Bocelli and Peter Cetera's "Glory of Love". His 2020 album "Eleven Words" combined his previous music with his collaborative projects and his annual music releases. Foster's achievements feature 16 Grammy Awards - three for Producer of the Year - plus an Emmy Award, Golden Globe and three Oscar nominations for Best Original Song. The Songwriters Hall of Fame accepted him as a member while he received the Order of Canada honor. 

Katharine McPhee

Katharine McPhee gained public recognition after she finished as the second-place winner on American Idol Season 5. She has worked in television shows Smash and Scorpion and performed on Broadway while building her music career through recording. Fans will delight in hearing McPhee's biggest and best tracks including "Over It", her well known performance of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" and the moving duet "Terrified". Such performances presented live highlight her outstanding vocal ability. In 2017 she released her album "I Fall in Love Too Easily" before releasing holiday songs and starting work with David Foster. McPhee received the Young Hollywood Award for Actress of the Year in 2007 and she has performed in Broadway's Waitress and achieved multiple chart-topping album success.

Situated at 220 Weybosset Street in Providence, RI 02903, the legendary Providence Performing Arts Center opened in 1928 as a Loew's movie palace. The venue presents a beautifully restored Renaissance Revival building which hosts Broadway productions and concert performances and much more. The PAC holds approximately 3,100 guests spread out over the sections: Orchestra, First Dress Circle, Second Dress Circle and Gallery.

Guests can purchase full bar service and snacks including cocktails, beer, wine, soft drinks, candy and light refreshments from concessions located in the lobby.
