SYNOPSIS
Based on the classic poem by Clement-Clarke Moore A Visit From Saint Nicholas, the basic storyline of Cirque Du Soleil: Twas The Night Before… tells the tale of Isabella that, even after reading the classic poem with her father, feels that she has outgrown the magic of Christmas and the family tradition. When the poem suddenly comes to life, Isabella and her father get separated in a showstorm, and they are both sent on a breathtaking, fantastical, and magical journey. Winter Wonderland appears before their eyes, and Isabella is sent to a wonderful upside-down, inside-out world where she meets all the colourful characters of the timeless classic.
Cirque Du Soleil: Twas The Night Before… is a captivating experience that will have you on the edge of your seat and really gets you into the holiday spirit, whether you’re a young child, a teenager, a middle-ager, or a golden oldie!

HISTORY & LEGACY
The Cirque Du Soleil Entertainment Group started out as a small Canadian performing troupe Les Échassiers, touring Quebec in the early 1980s. After receiving financial support, the group put together their very first production Le Grand Tour du Cirque du Soleil in 1984 to massive critical acclaim. Expanding rapidly, the troupe took on the form of a contemporary circus rooted in a blend of acrobatics, physical theatre, and gymnastics, relying entirely on human performance instead of the traditional form of circus utilizing animal acts.
Cirque Du Soleil has grown into a full-fledged production company with dozens of shows, employing over 4,000 artists from over 50 countries, boasting a jam-packed annual calendar. To date, over 100 million people have experienced Cirque Du Soleil productions worldwide.
To date, Cirque Du Soleil has received no less than three Drama Desk Awards, seven Primetime Emmy Awards, multiple Gemini Awards, a Daytime Emmy Award, a Juno Award, and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and an induction into Canada’s Walk of Fame.
